In filling up the voids

A little imagination is required. Days, weeks, months; slowly, memories that were once fresh and young would age. And as we age with it, we forget little by little. What was it like? Perhaps this is something we’d constantly ask ourselves,  but the sad truth is that each time we do, we forgot abit of the memory, tweak it a little to more of what we think it was like.
I don’t remember her voice. and sometimes when I pick the scraps of a dream and piece them together, I’d like to visualize what it would have been like.
And when there’s free time in between, we often try to busy ourselves with things to do. And indeed, there is a great deal of tasks out there waiting for us to complete, before we can truly call it a day.
